关于 TOEFL 和 GRE 成绩邮寄的问题

一些学校要求 GT 成绩在 DDL 之前邮寄到学校。
有两点疑问请教各位：

1. 在 DDL 前多久邮寄 GT 成绩比较稳妥。比如 11.25 的 TOEFL 是否就赶不上 12.14 的 DDL？
2. 如何区分学校是否允许 DDL 后接收 GT 成绩。比如下面是 BIC 的介绍，请问是 12.14 之前将 GT 成绩 upload 就好，纸质版晚于 12.14 到学院也允许吗？
   

All official electronic GRE and TOEFL score reports are to be sent and uploaded by December 14. It is strongly suggested that you plan to take all required tests before December. Scores from tests taken in December may not be ready in time for the review process. Scores from tests taken in January or later will not be considered. (applygrad.cs.cmu.edu)
