【UCSD】申请两个学院用不同的邮箱问题

请教一下各位，因为填UCSD的网申时候对方有一条信息这么写：
You may submit multiple applications; however, only one application can be "in-progress" at a time. If you plan on submitting multiple applications, you must submit the first one before you can begin working on your next application。
也就是同时只能填一张网申单子，但要同时申请ECE & CS 的LZ喜欢冲着DDL前每天看一看，最后再提交。请问可不可以同时用两个邮箱去注册并分别填一张网申单子？
PS： 顺带求问同账号共不共享推荐信= =？
