1st PhD AD from UMBC

春节期间申请的学校音讯全无，没有任何消息，发一个录取刺激刺激。
这个是UMBC IS 的PhD，看了课程设置偏CS，而不是MIS.
只是收到了系主任的邮件，正式的录取通知，奖学金情况要几周之后才知道，所以先按AD汇报吧
“Hi,
This is Zhiyuan Chen from University of Maryland Baltimore County. I am the director of the PhD program in Information Systems Department. I am glad to inform you that the department has recommended to admit you into our PhD program starting Fall 2018. You should receive an official notification email from UMBC graduate school in a couple of weeks. ”
看了论坛里说Baltimore治安很不安全，有点担心，哈哈。

03/02, 今天收到正式录取，依旧没有 funding 信息
