[急]对方学校对推荐信内容有要求一定要按照要求来吗？

RT，CMU-ETC的推荐信。他的要求还不少。。。有一封我老师没时间改成对方的要求让我自己改。。我觉得很难改啊。。我把要求贴一下大家出出意见？
How long have you known the applicant, and in what capacity?（简单，本来就提了）
What group are you using as a basis of comparison in making this evaluation?（话说这个就不能在表格里一起填了吗。。）
3 best traits of the applicant.
3 worst traits of the applicant.（这。。。）
Any special talents or experience of which you are aware.（求问和best traits的区别）
If you have worked with or supervised the applicant on a project, please describe
the project and give an evaluation of the applicant's performance.（简单，本来就提了）
Collaborative skills; ability to work with groups.（这个没有，不提我想也可以）
主要就是人数，缺点这两点，是在第一段后面单独插入一段吗？我试了一下感觉超级奇怪。。求支招啊
