似乎在地里的WISC CS介绍帖看到, 之前的WISC都是MS/PHD一起录的,进来不分大小,全部有奖。(未确认)

今天在系里逛的时候,发现一则新闻:

If you are a working professional in the U.S. or abroad who wants to pursue an M.S. degree in computer sciences at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, the new cs.wisc.edu is for you. The program is now accepting applications for fall 2014 enrollment. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2014. Those accepted will begin the program in fall 2014 on the beautiful UW-Madison campus. A student taking two courses per semester can finish the PMP within two years. The program is designed such that two courses per semester constitutes a manageable workload for a working professional who attends the PMP part time. Of course, both international and domestic students are welcome to pursue the program full time. The Department of Computer Sciences is a top-ranked CS department in the United States, and visitmadison.com is a lovely city situated among four lakes. Recreational opportunities abound. In recent years, numerous high-tech companies and start-ups have set up shop in Madison (recent additions include research and development labs from Google, Microsoft, Redhat and Walmart). One important measure of an academic program is the success of its graduates. Our M.S. graduates in particular are highly sought after. They have interned at companies such as Google, Apple, Facebook, and Microsoft, and many of them have received job offers after just the first year of studies. Our graduates have gone on to very successful careers at start-ups, IT companies, and universities. The department maintains close research, development, and alumni connections with Silicon Valley, the heart of the information technology industry in the U.S., and students will have many opportunities to learn from and be involved in these connections. We believe the learning environment in the department is second to none, making this an unbeatable choice for continuing your education. To learn more about the program, start with the cs.wisc.edusection, then review the program's cs.wisc.edu. When you are ready to apply, find detailed instructions on the "cs.wisc.edu" page.
