希望大家都有个好结果，我现在有一个offer，但是觉得这个学校应该可以上的 所以好灰心吖 不知道为什么 所以argue了一下 这是研究生院的回复
Thank you for your email. You were declined an offer of admission to the PhD program in CE not CS (Computer Science) that is a different department.
There was a very strong and large number of applicants this year and as it is a very competitive admission process with a printed set of minimums that are required. Only those applicants were considered for admission offers that met or exceeded those printed requirements.
Therefore, the committee was and will not be able to offer you admission to the PhD in CE in the ECE Department.
