具备如下skill set的可以考虑一下：List of experience and skill set below (no need to qualify all of them)

-proficient in C/C++ programming
-experience in scripting
-experience in multi-threaded programming, system-level APIs
-experience in CPU Scheduling, system architecture ie CPU, x86 architecture
-experience in OS internals, kernel, memory management, device drivers, OS
-experience in file systems, storage system, distributed systems, storage & networking
-experience in fault tolerance, disaster receovery, repliction, deduplication
