我还没接受offer就要给要我寄个大信封正常么？

这是神马意思呀。我明明还没说要去呀，怎么都要给我发I-20了呀！！怎么还有orientation information, and immigration document？莫非已经默认lz要去了么？lz很确定自己没在清醒的时候答应啊~~uiuc面试都木有心情准备了~
这是lz第一个offer木有经验，求指导~这正常么？因为是保底学校的offer还想等其他学校，不想这么快就答应啊。吓尿了~~{:7_204:}
