2nd AD from Purdue

今天冒雪练车的时候收到了Purdue MS in CS 的录取。本来申请的是Phd的，结果跟教授面了两轮，还是悲剧了，最后被降成了Master。邮件信息量巨大，这里跟大家分享一下。
首先他让我给他们寄成绩单，收到成绩单后才给official admission。
另外，邮件里说给分配了个导师，是个中国人，不是我之前套磁和面试的老师。
没有funding，给了个网站，让自己去找。。。
最后，里面有句话非常诡异，大家帮忙看看啥意思：
“You may follow the doctoral program from the time you enter just as if you had been admitted to the doctoral program. You may change to the doctoral program with the permission of the Graduate Study Committee.”
他的意思是不是说将来转Phd的话比较好转啊？求地里前辈解答。
