Research Assistant positions are available for Ph.D. candidates with Dr. Zhifang Wang at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Dr. Zhifang Wang is doing research in the area of power system analysis and controls, electricity market, and smart grid communication, including but not limited to cascading failures in power grids, energy system modeling and optimization, renewable integration, and voltage stability and controls.
