first offer from Boston University

看到地里其他人也在报这个学校，fellowship $20000+relocation stipend $3000，没提学费。
希望后面有更好的offer。也祝大家快点拿到满意的结果。

问了一下，说BU拿到funding的phd都是full tuition waiver
