刚刚（美东时间周五晚上6点半）收到疙瘩的邮件让自己查状态...于是，杯具了，waitlist...哭天抢地跪求各位不去的大神，神牛withdraw，给我等失学少女留条活路{:4_85:}
顺便真诚得请教一下，论坛里的兄弟姐妹有没有之前成功从疙瘩的统计 off waitlist的？
Dear XXX,
Thank you for applying to the M.A. program in Statistics. We are unable to offer you admission at this time; however, the Faculty Admissions Committee has recommended that we place your name, along with a few others, on a short wait list.
The Statistics Admissions Committee admitted only a small fraction of applicants this year. The responses to our initial offers of admission are being monitored closely, and we anticipate that a final decision on your application will be made in several weeks.
If you would like to be placed on the wait list, please complete our online response form by April 18. If we do not receive a response from you by April 18, you will not be placed on the wait list.
Thank you once again for your interest in the Graduate School. We look forward to your response.
