求解答FB回复邮件+拒人理由

收到FB邮件，邮件内容大致就是现在还没有开始校招，不过有个职位觉得适合我，问我有没有Linux经验。楼主感觉Linux不太熟就回复说感觉别的职位更合适，请把refer back。结果！第二天11月8号，就收到了拒信！所以这是人招满了么还是怎么的？但是我同学在我之后半个月还是去了FB Onsite。。。
搞不懂，求解答。。。
