网申过程中关于申请身份的选择？

I am freshman or transfer student.只有这两个选择。
但是freshman后面的介绍是Freshman applicant:
I will graduate from secondary school/high school in spring 2017, OR I have graduated from secondary school/high school but haven't enrolled at a college, university, or any other postsecondary school after high school.

还有请问We do not admit students to other terms except for students living in U.S ....
这句话不是很理解，是说不招收住在美国以外地区的学生吗？
