硕士期间申请方向的资深教授普推还是本科期间一起做过研究的副教授强推

LZ正在申请ECE方向的PhD，没想到我申请方向的本校美国老教授同意给我写推荐信，但是他的回复是：I can write a recommendation letter. However, I must say that I only know you from the ### class in which your grade was an A-. Hence, my letter would be representative of that level of performance. If you wish to proceed, you may include my name as a reference and I will write letters to all schools that request them. 我要不要采用这封推荐信，还是用本科时期跟着做研究的副教授的推荐信。因为是本科期间做的，研究内容会水一些，而这个副教授又是我班主任（我是班长），所以会比较了解。虽然那封推荐信是我自己写的，但是细节会多一些同时内容会相对积极一点。注：LZ硕士是UMICH的，本科是华五的某一所。可能这个信息有助于判断，还是列出来吧。
