中签之后，ＰＯＲＴＡＬ账户被锁

会计专业，adv, 会计事务所15-20个人，4/30收到律师通知，check cashed 同时收到recepit, EAC181445, 5/10收到 sevp portal 的邮件，说我的注册账户邮箱更改，需要改密码，给我发了个temporary password, 然而并不管用，三次登陆尝试ｇｇ，联系学校，学校给我的回复是
“Your email address is listed correctly in Sevis. I am not sure why, but I can't see a "reset portal" button on ur Sevis account. You may want to call them (SEVP) and let them know, that school is not able to request "reset portal", as there is no button/link for us to do so.
If you have change of Status request pending with USCIS, it might be a reason.
I am not even able to request a reset/ or correction for you, as there is no function that allows me to do that. Their phone number is: 1-800-892-4829. ”
我现在完全蒙蔽状态，ｕｓｃｉｓ是在搞什么鬼？查ｃａｓｅ状态还是Case Was Received。。。
有相同的小伙伴及时于我联系沟通。谢谢，祝所有还在等待消息的小伙伴全部中签，中签的全部ａｐｐｒｏｖｅ,通过之后全部升职加薪，升职加薪之后办绿卡，绿卡之后找到合适的另一半，之后生孩子和赚钱，有钱之后买车买房买房车。。。
