18号上海面签，23号更新之后一直AP

我10月18上海首签H1B，面签时VO说系统里找不到我的petition 信息，要一周来fix，但是plan to approve。10/17 case created，10月18第一次update。
然后我回家等了之后10月23第二次update，我以为是信息那个问题fix了，但是一直还是AP直到今天，10月26了还完全没有消息，也已经超过VO说的一周了。我给使馆发邮件说我下周机票很着急，他们回复如下：

Your application is undergoing the administrative processing. We understand your situation, but unfortunately it cannot be expedited. Your case status is available for you to check at ceac.state.gov We appreciate your understanding.
所以现在可能是啥情况，我在网上看到可能是PIMS check，但是23号update了应该表示信息已经录入完毕了吧，为啥到今天都不issue呢，面试只收了我的护照，啥条子也没给，男票和我同一天同一个时间面的，周一就issue了。不知道大家有没有什么办法去查PIMS，这两天上海签证中心电话一打就占线，自动语音都听不到就占线了。。。也不知道咋回事。。着急。。。
