Technical interview 没有small talk 什么behavioral都没问本来assistant说3/12面 但是我那天两个midterm 所以就求她拖到3/18
一定要好好复习analysis... 问了两道题关于continuity和intermediate value thm 幸亏开学的时候chaos一直在用ivt要不完全想不起来然后proba让我prove Markov's inequality & state central limit thm
做了一道first order non-separable ode
回答问题的过程中一直在犯蠢 但是somehow got all my ans right 就很奇妙hahaha
Q&A问了prof career service的情况 and he's like ohhh you're probably used to American uni's mode I know they are quite supportive of students' job seeking process but here in the UK things are a bit different
反正我觉得他的意思就是别指望ox会有任何资源
