谢谢你的支持, 想了一下. 还是要尽量帮助大家, 中国人一定要帮助中国人, 虽然有个别害群之马, 我尽量不理就是了.

下面是详细的requirement //

Software engineer requirements:

Extensive programming experience in C is required
Knowledge and development in UNIX based kernel environment is required
Understanding of routing and switching technologies like TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs is required.
Good Understanding working L2 protocols. STP, MSTP, VSTP, IGMP Snooping,
Good Understanding in on one or more of the Layer 3 Protocols OSPF, ISIS, BGP, RIP

Network support engineer requirements:

1, 3-6 years of working experience in a network support role, 2-3 of these years would be spent supporting large IP networks
2, Strong communication skills, including influencing and collaboration skills, are a must.
3, Strong operating and troubleshooting knowledge across the following routing and switching technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS (L2 & L3 VPN), Multicast protocols (IGMP, PIM), Switching technologies (VLAN/Trunking)
4, Extensive and deep knowledge in IP networking in layers 2-4 (TCP/IP, Ethernet, VLANs, VLAN stacking, QoS, Spanning Tree(STP,RSTP), RIP, VRRP, IGMP)
5, Working experience with traffic generators and network protocols analysis tools
6, Working experience with: Linux, FreeBSD, MacOS, Scripting languages (Tcl, Perl)
7, Practical knowledge of L1/L2 technologies: Ethernet, SONET/SDH, ATM, Frame Relay
8, Strong problem solving skills, applicable to large and complex network scenarios
9, Strong customer management and customer service skills.
10, Excellent presentation skills.

我想说一下递简历要求面试的同学, 这是一个很技术很技术很技术的岗位(highly technical role). 我说的那些协议必须要精熟无比才可以. C/C++的编程能力也不是说你看了一本书上了一门课就能获取的.

我了解大家现在毕业找工作办身份的压力, 可是也不能瞎投是不是? 好多人连这几个协议做什么的都不知道就说我上来应聘网络工程师...........喂喂.......

还是要尽量找要求和自己的skill set符合的工作呢
