Salary $60K-70K per year. ULL will support EB1-b in the second year for green card application.
The successful applicants will have the opportunity to conduct cutting-edge research in the areas of Cyber-Physical System Security, Data-Privacy, Biometric Security, and AI Security. Our group has published papers in top security conferences like USENIX SECURITY Symp. 2023, USENIX SECURITY Symp. 2018, ACM CCS 2019, IEEE EuroS&P 2022, AsiaCCS 2021, RAID 2020, etc. The selected applicants will also have the opportunity to collaborate with researchers from other world-class universities, such as the University of Pennsylvania, and the University of Florida. One graduated Ph.D. student will join Auburn University (much better than UL Lafayette) in Spring 2014. Also, one co-advised Ph.D. student will join another university as a tenure-track assistant professor. Dr. Hei's group has sufficient NSF funds and research/collaboration opportunities.
