Professor Yanchao Zhang's Cyber and Network Security Group (CNSG: cnsg.asu.edu) at Arizona State University invites applications for multiple Ph.D. positions in the field of cybersecurity and privacy within future-generation wireless networks (FutureG), starting in Spring 2024 or Fall 2024. The CNSG research spans various system contexts, including millimeter and terahertz wave technologies, reconfigurable intelligence surfaces, dynamic spectrum sharing, IoT, cyber-physical systems, AI-driven wireless/mobile security, and more, broadly defined under the FutureG initiative. The applicants are expected to be highly self-motivated and keen to pursuing a career in the academia or leading research labs upon graduation, where there is high demand for Ph.D. graduates in cybersecurity and privacy. Enrollment options are available for both the Spring and Fall semesters within the Electrical/Computer Engineering Ph.D. program in the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering or the Computer Science/Engineering Ph.D. program in the School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence at ASU. No GRE is required for such Ph.D. applications. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact Professor Yanchao Zhang ([email protected]) with their CV and transcripts in the PDF format.
