part time cpt和校内工作

我在秋季学期开始之前从学校拿到了一周二十小时的part time cpt， 在公司上班每周大概15小时，然后期中之后又找到了校内的一个工作，每周大概12小时
最近去了学校国际学生中心的一个讲座，然后突然发现是所有工作加起来不能超过20小时，Full-time employment is any work that totals more than 20 hours per week. This includes all the hours you work in different jobs. For example, if you work 15 hours per week in an on-campus job and 15 hours per week in an off-campus job, this is considered to be working full time, and it requires full-time CPT authorization.
我之前以为是校内的工作是不影响part time的工作时间的，现在才发现是理解错了，我应该怎么办呀
如果跟学校国际学生中心报告的话，会取消我的F1签证、会把我的part time cpt作废吗，之后会不会不让我办opt呀
如果不跟他们说的话，他们会发现吗
跟公司说改成一个星期十小时，要更新cpt上的每周工作时间吗
