11/20 An initiation email explaining the next steps was sent to the employee. BAL is awaiting the employee’s completed questionnaire and required documents.
11/28 BAL received the employee’s initial questionnaire and document submission. Reviewing information and documents for completeness.
11/28 BAL received the initial information and documents required to begin strategizing the H-1B petition.
Prep
11/29 BAL is reviewing and organizing the supporting documents for the H-1B petition.
12/4 BAL is coordinating with the employer to secure the required certified Labor Condition Application (LCA) from the Department of Labor.Docs
12/13 BAL drafted all of the required forms and the initial attorney review is complete.
12/14 BAL sent the H-1B forms to the employer for review and signature.
12/19 BAL has received all signed forms and required supporting documents. Preparing to file the H-1B petition with USCIS.
USCIS
12/19 BAL filed the H-1B petition with USCIS. Awaiting receipt notice from USCIS. Once issued, the receipt number will be entered in Cobalt and can be used to track the case with USCIS.
12/21 BAL received the H-1B receipt notice from USCIS. USCIS is reviewing the case.
12/21 Received H-1B change of employer receipt notice. Sent receipt notice to employee.
12/28 BAL received the H-1B approval notification via email from USCIS. Awaiting original H-1B Approval Notice. USCIS will mail the notice to BAL using regular mail. （实际上12/26就在uscis查到approve了）
