目前是OPT 在一家小公司 公司本身不是e-verify 且HR外包给TriNet
现在在准备续STEM OPT 公司建议EIN和e-verify number都用TriNet. 这是可以的吗？ TriNet在我的employment verification上确实写着”as part of our co-employment arrangement, TriNet becomes the employer of record for this company’s employees for payroll and benefits purposes while this company remains the employer that hires, supervises, and otherwise controls the work of its employees at all of their work locations.”
我目前所有SEVP/OPT I20上都填着我direct employer的名字 怕填TriNet会被RFE或者被拒 想看看大家有没有相似的经历可以提供一些参考 非常感谢！
