We are a highly multidisciplinary team including PhD students in Microsystems Engineering and Physics, MS students in Materials Science and Engineering and Physics, and undergraduate students in Chemical Engineering, Computer Science/Cybersecurity, and Physics.
We are looking for 1~2 highly motivated PhD students to join us by Fall 2024. Our current research interests include two-dimensional (2D) materials-based nanoelectronic devices and Iontronic (Ion-controlled electronic) devices. The focus of our research is on understanding ion-electron transport at the molecular level, for application in next-generation energy-efficient electronic devices at the limit of scaling for memory, logic, energy storage, neuromorphic computing, and quantum information science.
