(1) 博士生职位 (生物医药工程): 研究方向是生物或者材料计算模拟和实验,machine learning相结合。
提供全奖 ,年工资$30,000,学费免除。2024年秋季或者2025年春季入学。
基本要求:
4. Tofel的最低分是 80, or IELTS 最低分 6.5; GRE不要求;GPA > 3.2;
(2) 博士后或者Scientist 职位:课题方向是生物材料或者纳米材料模拟计算。博士后年工资是$57k-60k, 初始工作期限1-2年. 入职时间flexible:2024年夏天,秋天或者冬天。
Required qualifications:
1) Expertise in QM/MM, AIMD, Neural Network MD, coarse-grained MD, DPD simulations, or/and kinetic Monte Carlo.
2) Expertise in the simulations of interfacial redox and electron transfer, enzyme reactions, polymers, or/and nanoparticles
3) Good programming skills
Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
(1) experience in the quantum software (QChem, CP2K, Quantum Expresso or VASP)
(2) expertise in Machine learning or the development of coarse-grained forcefiled parameters would be a plus.
