是这样的，我本来申请了PhD，UofA给的回信说我的PhD被拒了但是他们邀请我上Master Degree，我同意的话就发邮件给他们，他们会把我的申请直接转为Master。原话是这样的：However, as a promising and accomplished student, we would like to offer you admission to our Master of Science program in Optical Sciences, since you had indicated potential interest in that possibility. 所以这应该也算是Master 的offer？虽然还在等回信，好煎熬。。。
