I will probably be recruiting one or two students for Fall 2015. While I cannot evaluate your application right now, I encourage you to apply to our graduate program.
当然因为是加拿大的学校，后面又给了点只能申MSc的说明。
这算什么意思呢？就是我申了人就要了还是？
