收到Berkeley M.Eng ad的同学有收到让去申请奖学金的邮件么？为啥邮件发不过去啊

之前收到这个ad，说实话不是很想去，因为时间实在太短了，可就是前天收到一封让我去申请一个叫UC Berkeley College of Engineering Grant的奖学金。而且必须要先接受ad才能申请...这下就又纠结了么...大家有收到么~
至于这个奖学金，学校网上完全查不到任何信息...给多少钱...什么时候出结果完全查不到...那么我就想发信去问问呗，顺便问问能不能把项目延长到1.5年...
结果给他们的邮箱1point3acres.com发信，竟然立马收到从1point3acres.com 发来的邮件说无法投递...试了好几次都是这样...那位牛人帮我看看怎么回事？谢谢谢谢~~
