求助！！！deadline大限将至！关于Duplicate Application的问题！

真是悲剧。。。
楼主12月初注册了的网申，结果在12月6号收到了一封邮件：
Dear ,
It appears you have created two applications and we do need to delete one so that you encounter no problems with the processing of your application should you decide to submit it.
The most likely scenerio is that you used a PIN # assigned for an application you created at another institution which uses the same on-line application process, to access and start a Yale Graduate School on-line application. You subsequently created another application account and started another application at the Yale Graduate School.
Please indicate which application (at Yale) you want us to delete by replying to this email and in the body of that email identify the application (by PIN #) you wish deleted. This will have no effect on applications you may have at other institutions.

当时楼主还没有特别在意，因为还在上海参加一个比赛，加上之后又在苏州玩了一圈（真是作死），所以就忽略了这个事情。
可是后来，我在填写yale的网申的时候，发现Personal Information这个栏目，自己的姓和名以及生日填上去 ，一旦点击save就会报错：
Duplicate Application
We have identified a duplicate application in our system. Please login with your previously started application to complete the submission process. You may use the PIN and password Search utility to assist you in locating your previous account information. If you have questions, please contact the Yale admissions office at 1point3acres.com.
我突然意识到是不是自己的信息泄露了，然后有人手贱帮我注册了一个。。。不过目测更可能的是applyyourself等技术问题。12月初那封来自官方的邮件我已经回复了，但是圣诞节不知道他们到底上不上班。。。1月2日deadline真的不知道来不来得及了。。。
所以我接下来应该怎么办啊！要不要半夜打电话给技术人员去问一问？还有如果是在赶不上deadline，我把姓和名换一个位置先submit掉，然后明年跟小米联系修改可不可行。。。。。。（请叫我花样作死冠军）

问题解决了。最后的方法是邮件联系网申系统的技术支持拿到了previous PIN。谢谢大家的支持。
