applyyourself提交申请后怎么要求修改信息？

有没有同学试过提交以后还修改信息的？
问小蜜说“Please contact the IT Helpdesk listed in the application portal.”
于是给Technical Support发了邮件，回邮件说“Please contact the institution directly for information regarding their policy on changes to submitted applications.”
到底应该怎么操作？
