再也不做pitts的备胎了！

昨天还在和微信群和qq群的小伙伴吐槽说都 faculty review 了一个月了大概是被备胎了。今天早上还在准备申个澳大利亚的...
但是是provisional ad? 最后列出的要求是：
Please submit an official transcript showing completion of your undergraduate degree by the end of your first term of study. If you do not submit the required document by the end of your first term of study, an academic hold will be placed on your account and you will not be permitted to register for the following term.
我看不懂T^T 是要我再寄一次大四上的成绩单给他，还是说我要是去pitts了，在研究生第一学期结束前把所有本科四年的一起给他？
现在有点高兴~高兴~高~兴~~~
