昨天老师发来邮件问我如果给我offer，我能不能保证接受。。。

昨天老师发来邮件问我如果给我offer，我能不能保证接受，请问大家有没有这样的经历啊？这是第一个offer，现在也不能定下来，我应该怎么回复呢？拿的时Wisconsin Madison 的CEE PHD。
