H1B RFE可能需要资料for CPT

如果你申请H1B时还在用CPT，可参考以下材料为RFE做准备：
- An official copy of the beneficiary’s most recent school transcripts;
- Proof of tuition payments made by the beneficiary for the most recent academic year;
- Receipts for books, parking passes, and school supplies, for the last two semesters;
- A copy of the beneficiary’s student ID, for the last two semesters;
- Evidence that the beneficiary has not taken more than one three-credit or less, online or distance education class per session, term, semester, trimester, or quarter of study;
- Since the evidence of record indicates that the beneficiary is participating in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), provide evidence of:
o The name and course code in which the student is enrolled that requires CPT;
o Evidence that immediate participation in CPT was required for the beneficiary’s graduate studies;
o Evidence of the beneficiary’s current major and that CPT is an integral (essential) part of the beneficiary’s degree program;
o A letter from the beneficiary’s CPT employers, explaining the beneficiary’s job duties and pay; and
o A copy of the cooperative agreements between the CPT employer and the beneficiary’s college/university.
- Documentation from the Designated School Official (DSO) and the college/university certifying that the beneficiary’s postgraduate study is considered a full course of study.
