这样的邮件是什么意思？

今天收到中佛罗里达大学的邮件，说如果我去了读书，将不会有任何financial support， 然后如果我回复了没问题那么他们将继续审核我的材料然后在下星期末告知我的结果。。
所以暗含的意思,1,2,3的哪一个？
1，我们来到最后一步了，如果你没问题那么就会准备给你发ad（最好的情况，不过觉得是我的幻觉）
2，我们差不多来到最后一步了，先确定一下入围的都没问题，然后在没问题的里面再做最后决定（也是不错的情况，起码我来到最后一步）
3，我们就是循例问问，每个人都会问的（最坏的情况，也是最现实的情况）
三大光学中心之一。，好想去，，可是觉得自己太渣，总觉得自己想多了。。。大过年的，直接给我发ad/rej就好了，干嘛这样 T T
