PhD.Offer [Stat@UMissouri] vs. MS.AD [Stat@UNC]

作为一个实力不强的申请者，到最后还是想求助一下师兄师姐和各位大牛们的建议哈~
在我乱七八糟稀里糊涂的申请之后，虽然还有6个pending，但是应该也不会有比这个更好的MS AD或者PHD OFFER了。当然我会争取都有结果，但是剩下的有效pending可能只有Texas A&M phd。NOTRE DAME学校很好，但老师说经费确实太紧张，希望很渺茫。这2个项目拿到钱的可能性都不大，phd的ad显然不想考虑了。其他的还有purdue rice的master，但是pending到这个时候了。也不一定420前有信儿。另外2个phd比Missouri差的phd项目就忽略了。（我选的是什么校啊。回头再发经验教训贴。）于是有可能去的也就2个了。
PHD OFFER： University of Missouri, Colombia 1.35wTA+TUITION WAIVER+INSURANCE, statistics
老师挺不错的，从stat专业上绝对是Ok,项目质量也有。就是地方枯燥无聊了点。而且综排什么不如人意。钱虽给的不多，但师兄和老师都说够用。而且老师人很好的给了我个420的答复期限，所以也就有了到现在的每日纠结。
MASTER AD： University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, statistics
我觉得是仅次于几个很top的统计牛校以后的了。但是生统比较好。统计貌似在走下坡路。一年4万刀能搞定吧。地方太宜居，舍不得放下。拿了ad后跟那边老师提钱的事儿和自己的想法和在offer和ad之间的纠结后，老师很nice的回复了：
I fully understand the tough situation you are facing, same as other MS students we admitted, who
have to rely on their own funding if they choose to join us. Our admissions for new Ph.D. students
have completed, and no more positions are available. In fact, the total number of Ph.D. students we
admit with financial aids is reduced by a half compared to last year. Our dept chairman said
the budget picture in the next few years may be even worse. Given all these difficulties, it's
impossible for our dept to offer you any financial help in the near future. If you have other
choices and choose to attend other universities, feel free to do so. It would be unwise to impose
an overly heavy financial burden on youself and your family.
但还是没有打探到靠谱一点的就业情况。
还是不想让父母的钱白花，另外最好是不让父母花钱。请大家帮忙出出主意了~
