myGRE一直注册不上是怎么回事

第一次注册了一个account，然后进去view score之后需要additional information，填入各种16digit和test center code之后，他就显示The information you provided does not match our records.
这是什么情况啊哭死了，，，作文没法查分了，，，
求大神解答~~~
