We have carefully reviewed your application to the PhD program in
Electrical Engineering:Systems at the University of Michigan. We are
very impressed by your qualifications and achievements. Admission to the
PhD program is very competitive and limited by the number of available
openings with funding within each area of our program.

Regretfully, we are unable to offer you admission to the PhD program.
As an alternative, we would like to offer you admission to the Master's
program in Electrical Engineering:Systems, should you be interested in
this possibility. Our MS program offers a dynamic environment for
graduate education with challenging opportunities, world-renowned
faculty, and state-of-the-art facilities. Unfortunately, we do not
offer financial aid to students enrolled in the MS program.
