米国人关于文书写作的建议

找了个美国人帮我看看文书，得到如下回复：

Concentrate more on your structure. Each paragraph should have one main idea. The first sentence in the paragraph should articulate clearly what that idea is, and each subsequent sentence should elaborate on that theme. If a sentence does not fit with the idea, it should not be included in that paragraph.

嗯。其实这些我都知道……当年复习G和T作文的时候就熟记于心……结果现在写文书，又忘的差不多了……唉。语文差啊……
