集中报两个拒信，跪求offer

UMN3.18 OSU3.20 收到的据信
UMN还好 但是OSU的这封据信看得我真是。。。

We have been informed by the committee that the program is full. However, the faculty believes that your application is competitive and would like to encourage you to reapply for a future term.

我读书少你这么文绉绉的说话我看不懂
来一个full之后又一However转折还让我以为柳暗花明又一村了？
结果是鼓励我下次再接再厉。。。难道这是据信是正常格式？

那我可得调整下心态来适应了。。。
