It gives me great pleasure to inform you that we have recommended you for admission to the Computer Science and Engineering Graduate Program at the University of Michigan for the Fall 2015 term and degree level listed below. Your application has been forwarded with our recommendation to the Horace H. Rackham School of Graduate Studies, they will advise you officially regarding your admission status (in a few weeks when processing is complete).
什么鬼，还要几周才有正式通，真是够慢。
那么问题来了，UMich到底算个什么水平的学校？因为那地方太冷，选校的时候都没仔细研究过...
