我申请的是EE phd @ ISU
今天收到这样一封信
Greetings from Iowa State University!
We have finished our first round of offer letters to graduate applicants. However, we are waiting for some decisions on funding proposals to see if we could make a few more offers. We would like to keep your application on file until July 15. If you have already accepted an offer or would like your application to be withdrawn, please let me know. Otherwise, you will be notified of our decision by July 15, 2011.

很纠结，我的方向是control system，目前申请状况是有ad ： ee ms @ ASU
pending： ee ms @ VT
虽然ISU地方差了点儿，但毕竟是phd啊，而且可能有奖，所以还是很愿意去的
请问：
1. 这封邮件我该不该回？7.15是不是有坑爹的嫌疑？
2. 如果回怎么措辞比较好，可不可以说如果给我funding offer，我一定来？
3. 我目前签证预约的是5.23，他说要7.15，怎么办？推迟签证到底可以推迟到什么时候，太迟了怕是要出事啊，机票没法定，要是check或者rej不就彻底死了？可不可以先签了，到时候取消签证再重新签的？求各位大神帮助！！！
