transfer后用重新申请F1签证吗

RT LZ的情况是这样的： 现在在美国某大学当大四交换生，拿的是F1签证，下学期申到了另一所学校（UALR）的PHD，然后UALR让我transfer我的SEVIS 想问下这样我还用重新签证吗？因为PHD方向偏信息安全 基本必check的领域 所以想避免签证 这是UALR官网说的：
Traveling Outside the U.S.
If you plan to travel outside the U.S. before classes at UALR begin, you should use the “transfer pending” I-20 from UALR to re-enter the U.S. Once you have entered the U.S. with your UALR’s I-20, your SEVIS transfer is complete. Although your valid U.S. visa may indicate your previous institution, your visa is valid at UALR when accompanied by the “transfer pending” I-20 from UALR. You will not need a new visa if your current visa is valid.
