USC Pre-master's Program求了解

前天终于收到了USC的回复。。可惜直录被拒了。。不过说是有一个pre-master的program：The Pre-Master’s Program is a unique new opportunity that combines intensive English training with pre-admission to select USC MS degree programs. If admitted, students take 1-2 semesters of Pre-Masters courses designed to prepare their English and academic skills and receive conditional admission to a specific M.S. program at USC with satisfactory progress in the English courses.这个是国际学院下的~
现在我已经有了SMU和NEU的ad。。如果去USC读pre就要多一年时间。。实在想不好。。请问有没有了解USC的pre-master项目的？或者说还是直接去SMU或者NEU好？
