While I do not know that yet, you need to apply to our graduate program. If accepted to our PhD program (a competitive process) you will be supported by the department in the first 3 semesters. Details can be found in our department's website.
教授B：
I may be taking PhD students for next Fall. However, I only review official applications submitted through our Graduate School.
