Thank you for your email. If you are interested in doing a PhD at the UW next fall, then I suggest you apply to the department (http://www.cheme.washington.edu/graduate_students/prosp_grad/application.html) this summer. I am unable to accept students prior to their acceptance into the department.
发出去4封，3封都是这种回复，一个是u of washington,还有个 新加坡国立。
我陶瓷的时候都只是问了教授2016 Fall要不要招生，没有发的我的cv等。
这种情况的话教授说是让我直接申请，但是申请(NUS)的时候都要填proposed superviser 然后还要写research proposal，这些东西不应该都是和教授联系好了商量好了再写的吗？如果是这样的话我又应该怎么回复这种邮件呢？
