GRE分数成绩网上unavailable的原因确定以及decline的解决办法

本人第一次G 电话查分得到了结果，然后网上一直unavailable。。发邮件问了ETS确认了是decline了。随即借了同学的visa卡给ETS打电话（主要就是告诉他们新的卡号，他们会扣掉$32($12+罚金$20)，过程如下：

首先说明情况： I took the GRE general test on June, 11th, I used the scores by phone service, but the payment was declined, could I clear the balance by credit card now?

那个MM说： do u have your registration number around you?

me: yes;

MM: can I have your registration number?

me: blablabla

MM: can I have your name?

me: blablabla

MM: can I have your date of birth?

me: blablabla

MM: could I have your email address?

me: blablabla

mm: ok one moment.... one moment

me: ok

MM: so... u account..$32.

me: $32?

mm: yes

me: could I clear it now?

MM whenever u r ready.

me: could I tell you credit card number now?

MM: yes. whenever you are ready

me: blablablablabla(卡号）

MM: could I have the expiry date?

me: blablabla

MM： ok. I will repeat it....blablabla(卡号）

（我报卡号和她报卡号的时候贯穿着各种yes，表示已寄下或者核对正确）

MM: 什么3-5天处理啊什么的blablabla。。

me: ok

MM: 参加一个survey

me: now?

MM: yes

me: no thanks

MM: u r welcome

me: bye thx

me: byebye r u welcome

大体是这样的....大家尽管打好了。。就是拨了电话后选0就可以了。表示any inquiry
