申请实习的时候do you need sponsorship可以填no吗?

因为不是申请全职，只是暑期实习而已，通过学校CPT的话不需要公司给sponsorship吧，这样在问你 Do you now, or will you in the future, need sponsorshi in order to obtain, extend or renew your authorization to work in the United States? 这个问题的时候可以填No吗？ 还是要填yes？
