一个offer在某天截止，那还可以在这天接受吗

有个oracle的offer说12月7号截止，我以为就是在那天也可以接收，晚上突然收到一个邮件，说：
If we do not hear from you, please note that the offer will be automatically closed on the expiration date noted above.
有没有O家的来说说，那这个offer还能在那一天接受吗？
