学校开具的英文成绩单算不算Official Transcripts？

对方学校有如下要求：
ne official transcript from all colleges/universities attended, undergraduate and graduate, where 6 or more credits were taken are required. We will accept them mailed directly from the college/university or submitted in sealed envelopes. If the official transcripts and/or degree certificate(s) are not in English, notorized English language translations in duplicate must be submitted. Do not list colleges/universities where 5 or fewer credits were taken.

貌似是要求如果原件不是英文的，需要去做翻译件公证，并要提交双语的。我想问一下如果学校直接开具的英文成绩单，并且有签字和盖章，这算不算英文的official transcripts呢？ 只把英文的成绩单用信封装好盖骑缝章寄过去是不是就可以了？ 多谢。
